Police have released security camera images and video footage of a suspect in connection with a voyeurism case north of Toronto.

York Regional Police said the incident occurred at a grocery store near Yonge Street and Meadowview Avenue in Richmond Hill.

A female victim was shopping at the store on Aug. 16, shortly after 7 p.m., when she noticed a man crouched beside her. The victim told police that the man appeared to be looking at an item on one of the bottom shelves.

Police said the victim then felt something on the inside of her leg. She looked down, and saw the man moving his hand away. He had a cellphone in his hand. Security camera footage released by police of the incident showed that the victim moved away, and the man stood up and walked away while looking at the shelves.

Investigators said they believe the man may have been using his phone to take a photo or video up the victim's skirt.

In a statement Monday, police said that they have "exhausted all leads," and are now asking for the public's help to identify a suspect.

The man has been described as white and between the ages of 25 and 35. He is approximately 150 pounds, and was wearing blue jeans, a green and white checkered shirt, a blue and white Hartford Whalers hat and black and white sneakers.

Police released two still photos of the suspects, and published security camera video of the incident online. (https://youtu.be/OARfNZ6dqto)
