Police have released security camera images of a suspect wanted in connection with a stabbing near the city’s Brookhaven neighbourhood earlier this month.
Officers were called to the area of Jane Street and Lawrence Avenue at around 2:55 a.m. on Oct. 2 for a reported assault.
Police say they later learned that a 36-year-old man had been stabbed following a verbal altercation with another man.
Investigators described the suspect as a black male who is believed to be in his 30s. Police say the man has a short, heavy build.
