Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with an armed robbery in Vaughan last month.

The incident occurred at a gas station located on Dufferin Street, north of Highway 7, around 2:20 a.m. on March 17.

According to investigators, the suspect took out a knife and demanded cash from the employee. After obtaining a quantity of cash, the suspect fled the area heading southeast, police said.

No one was injured during the incident.

The suspect has been described by police as a white male with a medium build, standing around five-foot-eleven. He was last seen wearing a backwards baseball cap, sunglasses, a green jacket, black sweat pants, white socks and black running shoes.
