A man and a woman told police that they spotted a suspect secretly watching them through their bathroom window at their home near Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue on Feb. 1.

When the victims confronted the suspect, they said he fled the area on foot.

On Monday, Toronto police made an arrest in connection with the case.

A suspect identified as Toronto resident Alexander Goldfluss has been charged with two counts of secretly observing or recording a person expecting privacy, one count of loitering or prowling at night on personal property, one count of mischief or interference of property exceeding $5,000 and one count of possession of burglary tools.

He was scheduled to make an appearance in court on Tuesday morning.
