Shots were fired after a dispute between two passengers next to a TTC bus Thursday afternoon.

Police say the bus was inside the bus bay at Scarborough Town Centre when two suspects were arguing around 3:45 p.m.

The suspects moved the argument closer to the bus where shots were fired as the bus driver looked on.

No one was hit or injured.

Shell casings were found on the bus.

Both suspects fled the scene after the shots were fired. Police say they are still looking for the suspects.

The busy transit hub was closed after the incident, with the Scarborough RT line bypassing the station and buses diverted to McCowan Station.

Service resumed at the station at about 5 p.m.
