A second suspect has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of a 17-year-old in Mississauga.

Kevaughn Tulloch, 20, of Toronto has been charged with first degree murder after Adrian Ducas was gunned down at a community centre on July 3.

Three men entered Malton Community Centre around 8:30 p.m. while two basketball games were underway. Ducas was shot and the men fled, police said.

Maurice Raphael, 23, of Scarborough was arrested July 9 and has been charged with first-degree murder.

Over the weekend, police issued a Canada-wide warrant for the arrest of Christopher Raphael, 20, of no fixed address.

Tulloch appeared in court Sunday and was remanded in custody.

Raphael remains at large. Police describe him as black, 5'7, 160 lbs with dark eyes and hair braided into corn rows.

Police remind the public that it is a criminal offence to help a suspect evade police.
