A high school teacher at Agincourt Collegiate Institute is facing sexual exploitation charges.

The teacher is charged with sexually exploiting a student in three separate incidents. Police allege that all three incidents took place in June 2010 in the teacher's home.

The instructional leader in Agincourt Collegiate's English department is currently on home assignment with pay while the matter is before the courts, according to Toronto District School Board lawyer Grant Bowers.

Peter Floro of Toronto, 38, has been charged with three counts of sexual exploitation.
