TORONTO - Toronto Mayor Rob Ford says even though a cost of living increase is included in the 2012 budget, he has no intention of taking it.
Ford says although councillors are entitled to the raise, he expects most to vote against it.
The mayor is hoping most will follow his lead and turn down the raise.
But he says the money will have to stay in the budget, in case there's support for the increase.
