Peel Regional Police are still trying to identify a woman who was fatally struck by a vehicle in Brampton on Friday night.
Police announced Sunday the woman has died of injuries she suffered in the collision, but investigators don't know who she is.
The woman was critically injured when she was struck by a 2003 Dodge Durango truck while walking across a driveway in the Shoppers World Plaza parking lot in Brampton, police said.
She died in a Toronto trauma centre, police said.
Investigators have released a description of the woman to identify her.
Police said she is Asian, about 30 years old, 5-foot-4, 110 pounds, has brown eyes and black hair that is straight to her shoulders.
