CAMPBELLFORD, Ont. - Provincial police have identified a woman found dead in a Campbellford home as Lillian Beryl Nicholas of Campbellford.
Family members found the body of the 82-year-old in the hamlet east of Peterborough, Ont. on Saturday afternoon.
A post mortem examination was conducted today in Toronto, but police say they are not releasing the cause of death.
Investigators are asking anyone who saw a grey, four-door, 2009 Pontiac G3 with the licence BUSYBEES to contact them.
Police found the car on the weekend after it was abandoned but are hoping to speak with anyone who might have seen the driver or where it was travelling.
The car has been associated with Nicholas's slaying and police say they'd like to hear from anyone who saw it late last Friday evening or on Saturday.
