Police have arrested a Montreal man in connection with the murder of a Toronto father last fall.

Authorities said Monday a 38-year-old suspect was taken into custody but that they are still on the lookout for another Montreal man they suspect of being involved in the case.

Chi Ngu Ngo, 47, was reported missing by his children on Sept. 24. When police investigated the man's house the next day, they found signs of foul play.

The man's body was discovered north of Toronto two weeks later on Oct. 7 in an open area. At the time, investigators said they were hesitant to release the exact location where the body was found.

Police said at the time that Ngo lived two lives -- one as a devoted family man with three children and the other as a man with connections to drug dealers.

Frank Hon Bong Lee has been charged with first-degree murder. He was arraigned in a North York courtroom Monday morning.

Meanwhile, investigators said they have an arrest warrant for 36-year-old Brian Hon Fai Lee. He is wanted for first-degree murder.
