Police have made an arrest in the murder of 22-year-old Toronto resident Zabiullah Mojaddedi.

He was murdered in an alleged drive-by shooting in the Gilder Drive and Eglinton Avenue East area on Aug. 5.

Police announced late Thursday that Tristan Lall, 25, of Toronto, was arrested without incident.

He is charged with first-degree murder in what is Toronto's 35th homicide of the year.

Police said Friday afternoon they are seeking another suspect -- a black male, 5'4" to 5'6" with a medium build. He wore his collar-length hair in braids.
