WOODSTOCK, Ont. - Police say they're looking for three people who witnessed a fatal accident early this morning near Woodstock, Ont.

Oxford police say a motorist who survived a rollover while exiting Highway 401 around 2:30 a.m., was killed minutes later when she wandered back into traffic and was struck by several vehicles.

The woman died at the scene. Her name and age have not yet been released.

Const. Dennis Harwood says police are looking for the driver of a dark-coloured Oldsmobile that was parked along the median at the time of the accident.

Harwood says police also want to talk to a South Asian man in his mid 20s or early 30s and the driver of a flat-bed tractor trailer that was ahead of the first vehicle that struck the woman.

The highway's eastbound lanes were closed for several hours but have now reopened.
