Peel police have identified its latest homicide victim as 36-year-old Nabila Asifa, whose body was found inside a vehicle at a Brampton home on Thursday.
Asifa's husband, 41 year-old Shafqat Nagra, has been charged with her murder.
Police said a man walked into the 22 Division office at about 3 p.m. Thursday saying he had just killed his wife.
Officers went to a home on Bloomingdale Drive about an hour later and discovered Asifa's body.
Police also went to a home on Ashprior Avenue in the McLaughlan Road and Eglinton area of Mississauga. Investigators cordoned off the home with police tape.
A cause of death has not been released.
Nagra is in custody pending a bail hearing.
