TORONTO - Toronto police have identified a 72-year-old man found dead in a west-end apartment on Wednesday as Richard Clements.

The post-mortem examination determined the cause of death to be multiple stab wounds.

Clements was pronounced dead in his 13th floor apartment after police found him with "obvious signs of trauma."

One police officer said a young teenager was being sought in connection with the city's 68th homicide of the year.

No arrests have been made and the motive for the killing is unknown.
