Police charge man in fatal 2009 rooming house fire

BRANTFORD, Ont. - Police have made an arrest in connection with a fatal fire in Brantford, Ont.

Fifty-one-year-old Douglas Jordan died in the rooming house fire in April of last year.

Police have arrested 32-year-old Charles LaForme of Brantford.

He is charged with arson and criminal negligence causing death.
