Peel police have arrested a suspect in connection to a Mississauga apartment fire Friday.
Authorities suspected the fire was suspicious when they found the lifeless body of a 40-year-old man inside the burning home.
On Saturday, an autopsy revealed the man, identified as Randall Hill, died as a result of a stab wound to his torso.
A 35-year-old suspect, Jody Jason Vanderburg was arrested on Sunday and charged with second-degree murder.
He is expected to make an appearance at a Brampton court on Monday.
