The victim in a deadly home invasion late last week has been identified and police have released photos of the suspects in hopes the public will help solve the murder.

Dylan Palumbo, 28, was stabbed after two men stormed an apartment building on Bogert Avenue the evening of April 25.

Four people were inside the apartment when the suspects entered, Toronto police report.

One man, who was allegedly armed with a gun, demanded cash and drugs from one occupant police said in a news release. The second male suspect was armed with a knife when he entered the bathroom, just as Palumbo was getting out of the shower.

Palumbo was stabbed several times before both suspects reportedly fled the area.

At the time, police said they were looking at footage from security cameras installed in the area. On Monday, police released photos of the suspects. Both are described by investigators as having a light-brown complexion and standing approximately five-foot-eight.

Police also said Monday they are looking to speak with a woman who left the scene before the murder took place. Investigators say she is 20 to 25 years old and has a tan complexion.
