With hours to go until their riding results come in, MPP candidates Lori Holloway and Nik Spohr can be confident about at least one thing: their good looks.

The two have been crowed Ontario's sexiest election candidates in an online contest by Toronto blogger Zach Bussey.

Bussey's poll drew 150,000 votes from 30,000 unique visitors across the province to determine the best looking of the political bunch this election.

Brunette Holloway is the Liberal candidate for Dufferin-Caledon and is the CEO of the Ontario Community Support Association (OCSA), which represents community health-care professionals and volunteers across the province.

She's also the founder of the Director of the Personal Support Network of Ontario (PSNO), the only province-wide network of more than 3,600 personal support workers in Ontario.

Spohr, Halton's NDP candidate, was born and raised in Milton and has an MA in political studies. He's also working on a master's degree in environmental studies.

More than 6,000 website visitors clicked through to the candidate's websites, Twitter and Facebook pages to find more information before casting their (real) ballots Thursday.

Runners up were: Stephanie Lynn Russel, the Nickel Belt's Green girl, and Elgin-Middlesex-London Freedom Party candidate Paul McKeever.
