BURLINGTON, Ont. -- A 65-year-old Calgary woman is dead following a three-vehicle highway crash on Monday in Burlington, west of Toronto.

Provincial police say a pickup truck collided with two cars just after 4:30 p.m. in the Toronto-bound lanes of the Queen Elzabeth Way.

Rassina Al-Yafi -- one of five people in the pickup -- was ejected from the vehicle and suffered fatal injuries.

Both a 70-year-old Calgary man and a 32-year-old woman from Mississauga, Ont., who were in the truck suffered serious injuries.

The pickup driver, a 33-year-old Mississauga man, received minor injuries while a 13-month old baby boy was unhurt.

Both car drivers were uninjured.

The OPP is urging anyone who saw the crash to contact them.
