OAKVILLE, Ont. - A 47-year-old Oakville, Ont., man who reported finding an incendiary device in his yard last month is now facing charges.

Halton regional police were called to a home on Sept. 20 by a man who said he'd discovered the device when he returned home from a walk.

The home was evacuated and explosive disposal experts secured the device which was later determined to be an incendiary device.

Police say a search of the home this week resulted in the seizure of two more homemade incendiary devices.

Phillip Allan Bradley is charged three counts of possession of an explosive device, fraud over $5,000 and public mischief.

Police say the fraud charge was laid in a separate investigation into two companies owned by Bradley.
