Michelle Dubé has been the Co-Anchor of CTV News Toronto since 2012, helming Toronto’s most-watched local newscasts: CTV News at Noon and CTV News at Six.

Dubé joined the CTV Toronto team in 2009 as a reporter and fill-in anchor. Since then, her stories have appeared on both local and national newscasts. She has interviewed Oprah Winfrey, conquered the CN Tower Edgewalk on live TV, reported from the chaos of the G20 Summit in Toronto, and from a highway brought to a screeching halt by a super cell snowstorm in Southwestern Ontario.

In 2019, Dubé was honoured with a Canadian Screen Award for Best Local News Anchor. In 2013, the Women’s Executive Network (WXN) recognized Dubé with the Canada’s Most Powerful Women Top 100 Award in the Future Leaders category.

Dubé began her broadcasting career in radio at AM980 CFPL in London, Ont. in 2005. She joined the CHCH News team in Hamilton in 2007 as a reporter where she was soon anchoring weekend newscasts before being named Co-Anchor of the station’s weekday evening newscast, making her one of the youngest news anchors in Canada.

While earning a degree from the University of Western Ontario’s Media Information and Technoculture program, Dubé concurrently received a diploma in Broadcast Journalism from Fanshawe College.

Born in Anaheim, Calif. and raised in Hamilton, Dubé now calls Toronto home. She speaks French and English. She and her husband Mark have three beautiful kids.
