TORONTO -- Provincial police say they've charged a 64-year-old Toronto woman with theft of lottery tickets.

Provincial police were called in by Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation to investigate the theft of scratch tickets from a Toronto lottery retailer.

Police allege a woman stole lottery tickets worth more than $5,000 from the convenience store where she worked between October 2009 and this month.

Nam Ki Kim is charged with theft over $5,000 and is to appear in court on Sept. 25.
