Investigators are looking into the cause of a suspicious blaze in Scarborough early on Monday morning.

The incident occurred at about 3 a.m. when firefighters were called to R.H. King Academy, at 3800 St. Clair Ave. E., near Kingston and Brimley Roads.

Toronto fire crews said they found large flames behind the school in one of the portables, and worked quickly to stop other units from catching fire.

Police are also investigating the cause of the blaze.

All the power at the school was shut off after two hydro wires were damaged. But classes are scheduled to resume on Monday.

Anyone with information is asked to call Toronto police's 43 Division at 416-808-4300, or Crime Stoppers on 416-222-TIPS (8477).
