Toronto police are investigating a late-night shooting incident that saw shots fired into a St. Germain Avenue residence, while an undisclosed number of people were inside.

Staff Sgt. Noel Lee told ctvtoronto.ca that the call came into police at 11:50 p.m. on Tuesday, for the reported shooting at the residence located north of Lawrence Avenue and just east of Bathurst Street.

There were people inside the home at the time of the shooting, Lee said, though no one was injured.

Lee said ETF and K9 unit members attended the scene, along with detectives and uniformed officers from 32 Division. A discarded shotgun was recovered from the scene.

No arrests have been made and the incident remains under investigation, Lee said.
