PORT CARLING, Ont. -- A 30-year-old Port Carling man has been arrested in an online child exploitation investigation.

Police say that during the course of an ongoing related investigation, they received a complaint from a teenage girl in Orillia about an unknown person claiming to be a photographer.

They say the teen was allegedly offered money to pose for child pornography photographs.

Police say the person claimed to represent a modeling agency called James T Photography to gain the trust and co-operation of the victim.

James David Tarabula faces a charge of Internet luring and is set to appear for a bail hearing in Barrie today.

Provincial police are asking anyone who may have had dealings with the accused or the agency he claimed to represent to contact the OPP Child Sexual Exploitation Unit.
