Toronto police were back at Bluffer's Park Monday investigating the scene where a 24-year-old woman says she was sexually assaulted over the weekend.

Police say the woman was walking in the park -- located in the Brimley and Kingston Roads area -- on Sunday afternoon when she was attacked and pulled into a wooded area.

Initial reports say a gun was used to threaten the victim but police did not confirm whether a weapon was used.

The woman was able to provide authorities with a detailed physical description of a male suspect. She told police she didn't know her alleged attacker.

Investigators set up roadblocks around the park Sunday evening to stop and search cars leaving the park.

The suspect is described as being an East Indian with a thin build, black hair with a bald spot and grey patches. He is about 5'5" and wore glasses, a black short-sleeve shirt and black pants.

The woman was treated at Scarborough Grace hospital for her injuries. She has since been released, police said.
