Toronto police are investigating after a 35-year-old man's body was found in an east-end apartment.
Police were called to an apartment at 2287 Gerrard St. E., east of Main Street, at 9:20 p.m. on Tuesday.
When officers arrived, they found a man lying on the floor, unconscious and not breathing. Paramedics attempted to revive him, but the man did not survive.
On Thursday, police told CTV Toronto the death was considered suspicious. The homicide unit has been notified, but has not begun an investigation, Const. Jeniffer Sidhu said.
