TORONTO - Police have charged a man in connection with the killing of a Toronto teen this month.
Cordio Williams, 25, of Toronto is charged with first degree murder.
On July 17, police responded to a call after someone heard the sound of gunshots.
Officers found the body of the victim, Shazad Khawaja, 17.
Police allege the accused approached Khawaja with a handgun and opened fire.
