Two men have been arrested in connection with the murder of a 16-year-old Brampton boy.

Police in Peel region arrested the men Tuesday and Wednesday morning after a month-long investigation into the case.

Alex Masih was found suffering from gunshot wounds at an address on Collins Crescent in Brampton on Aug. 9 just after 12:30 a.m. He was rushed to a nearby hospital but he soon died from his injuries.

Brampton residents Tristan Francis, 20, and Alvin Boyce, 26, were each charged with second-degree murder. Theyappeared briefly in court on Wednesday afternoon.
