A male pedestrian has been rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries after being hit by a vehicle in Scarborough Sunday evening.
Paramedics were called to the intersection of Eglinton and Midland Avenues at around 7:15 p.m. after receiving reports of an accident.
A male victim was transported to hospital in serious condition.
Police say the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.
Police have closed down the intersection as Traffic Services investigate the incident.
