NEWMARKET, Ont. - York Regional Police say they've charged a 20-year-old Newmarket man with child pornography related offences.
Investigators say they were asked by Toronto police on Wednesday to investigate a man in Newmarket.
York regional officers raided a Newmarket home later Wednesday and a man was arrested without incident.
Christopher Holowatyj is charged with possession of child pornography, making child pornography available and breach of recognizance.
