TORONTO - Environment Canada says fog in some parts of southern Ontario has reduced visibility to near zero.
The agency has a special weather statement for the Niagara region through to Toronto and areas to the north of the city, as well as the Waterloo and Wellington areas.
Motorists are advised to be careful.
The fog is expected to lift later in the morning.
