A multi-vehicle crash on Highway 401 at Bayview Avenue has left a motorcyclist dead.
The accident occurred around 8 p.m. Friday on the westbound express lanes of the highway.
According to Toronto EMS, a 13-year-old child suffered minor injuries in the collision and was taken to hospital.
The Highway 401 westbound transfer from collector to express lanes was closed for several hours as police investigated the accident.
