TORONTO - Provincial police have arrested a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching parole.
Michael Challis, 28, was taken into custody today in Toronto.
Police say a tip from the public led to the arrest.
Challis is serving a two-year sentence for weapons, theft and mischief charges.
