Toronto’s night sky is set to light up in colour as the city bids farewell to the Pan Am Games on Sunday night.

According to the city, the night will end with a “dazzling firework display” at Nathan Phillips Square and the CN Tower.

Fireworks will begin at the CN Tower at 10 p.m, followed by fireworks at Nathan Phillips Square at 10:40 p.m.

TO2015 organizing committee CEO, Saad Rafi, promised the closing ceremony would close with a "huge, captivating" fireworks show that would be even bigger than what audiences saw at the opening.

Spectators who are travelling downtown to watch the display are asked to take public transit, as driving in the city’s core will be challenging due to road closures.
