A father and son are dead after a two-vehicle head-on collision that occurred just northwest of Bracebridge on Saturday.
Police say a 76-year-old man, a 49-year-old man and a 14-year-old girl were travelling north on Peninsula Road, just north of Gregory Road, in Muskoka Lake township, when they collided head-on with another vehicle.
The two Toronto men were pronounced dead on scene. They have since been identified as Anthony Lash, 76, and David Lash, 49.
The 14-year-old female passenger was airlifted to a Toronto hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the other car was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
