An industrial accident in Mississauga has sent one worker to hospital after he was hit in the head by falling debris.
The incident occurred at an apartment building at 1055 Bloor St., near Dixie Road, on Friday morning.
An unknown object reportedly fell from the seventh floor, hitting the construction worker in the head. The building is under renovation.
The worker was taken to a nearby hospital and is listed in critical condition.
The Ministry of Labour is investigating.
