Police have charged a truck driver in connection with a Highway 401 collision which killed a 2-year-old girl and injured her family.
Aldiona Kozhani received life-threatening injuries after a westbound sedan was rear-ended by a pick-up truck outside of Kitchener, Ont. on March 14, 2010.
The driver as well as the little girl's parents and 4-year-old sibling were taken to hospital and released. The girl died on March 19.
Robbie Latford, 39, of Woodstock, Ont. has been charged with dangerous driving.
He is to appear in a Kitchener court on Sept. 29.
