Toronto police are investigating a possible sexual assault after a naked woman was found wandering on a downtown street early Wednesday morning.
Police told CP24 that the woman was located by staff from Covenant House, a youth shelter near Gerrard and Yonge streets, at about 4:30 a.m.
Employees brought her inside the facility, where she was met by police officers and paramedics.
The woman was transported to a hospital to be examined for any injuries.
