HAMILTON, Ont. - Two men were taken to hospital after a tractor and a minivan collided in Hamilton.

Provincial police say the southbound tractor was rear-ended by the minivan on Highway 6 north of Safari Road just before 10:30 on Friday night.

A man in his 60s was thrown from the tractor and suffered neck and back injuries.

An 85-year-old man who was driving the minivan was injured when the side airbag deployed.

Hamilton EMS took both men to St. Joseph's Hospital.
