A Mississauga woman is dead after a motorcycle collision in Wasaga Beach Saturday evening.
Police said the 25-year-old woman died of her injuries after she lost control of her motorcycle that was heading northbound on Main Street, near River Road East.
The motorbike veered into the oncoming lane, police said, and collided with a vehicle.
Police are not releasing the name of the woman who died and did not provide any details on the driver of the vehicle.
Police said an investigation is underway and no charges have been laid. Main Street, between Beck Street and River Road East was closed on Saturday but the street has since been reopened.
