MILTON, Ont. -- A Milton man is facing charges for alleged sexual offences.
Halton police arrived at a Milton residence around 8:30 p.m. Monday looking for a man wanted by the Child Abuse and Sexual Assault unit.
Although the man was inside the residence, he wouldn't initially communicate with officers outside.
The 41-year-old eventually surrendered to police after midnight.
Police say Layton Oneil Wright is charged with sexual assault, sexual interference and invitation to sexual touching.
He appears in a Milton court today for a bail hearing.
