Two Toronto men face a combined 30 charges in connection with a human trafficking and sexual assault investigation, and police are looking for two more suspects.

The investigation began on Sunday, after a 20-year-old woman was picked up and driven to a man’s home where she was allegedly sexually assaulted at gunpoint by four men twice in the same day.

Police allege the woman was locked inside a room at the home before being taken to the Toronto Plaza Hotel at 1677 Wilson Ave. the following day and locked in one of the hotel rooms.

One of the men allegedly posted photos of the victim online, advertising sexual services, before threatening her with a gun and telling her to “prepare for more clients,” police said in a release.

She was able to escape and call police shortly after.

On Tuesday, police executed a search warrant at the home where the woman was allegedly assaulted, and found a loaded handgun and an undisclosed amount of cocaine.

Two suspects were taken in to custody.

Gavin Campbell, 20, is facing 17 charges including sexual assault with a weapon, human trafficking, forcible confinement and possession of a prohibited weapon.

Trian Vassel, 19, has also been charged with sexual assault with a weapon, human trafficking, as well as 11 other offences.

None of the charges against them have been proven in court.

Two other suspects are outstanding, and investigators believe there may be other victims.
