BOLTON, Ont. - A train has struck and killed a man in Bolton, Ont., about 50 kilometres northwest of Toronto.
Provincial police say a CP Rail train was travelling west when the man was spotted on the tracks near Colerain and Ellwood drives.
They say the train was moving slowly and turned on the emergency brake, but couldn't stop in time.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
All roads in the area are closed while the police forensic unit investigates.
