MARKHAM, Ont. -- Police in Markham, Ont., have identified a man who died after being shot this week.
York Regional Police say 50-year-old Kong Wu Wang of Toronto was found on the side of a Markham road early Monday morning.
They say he was taken to hospital and pronounced dead.
Investigators say the cause of death is a gunshot wound.
The homicide unit is investigating, and is asking anyone with information to come forward.
