TORONTO - A 26-year-old man is reported dead after an industrial accident at a pasta factory in west-end Toronto.
Emergency officials say the man fell into some machinery at Pasta Quistini Inc., and died at the scene.
The business is located 1700 Ormont Dr. near Weston Road and Steeles Ave. W.
The identity of the victim is not known.
Toronto police say the Ministry of Labour has been called in to investigate.
