A Toronto man charged last week with threatening Mayor Rob Ford was arrested on Sunday.

Police said residents on Abbott Avenue, near Dundas Street West and Bloor Street West, awoke on Sunday to a man allegedly spray painting the words Jack Layton and NDP on the road, homes and cars parked on the street.

Robert Dunlop, 46, has been charged with six counts of mischief. He was charged last week with threatening the mayor's life.
