The suspect allegedly operated under 10 company names, including Hamilton Home Renovations, Roofs R Us, and Grandview Roofing.

Jason Dennis faces eight criminal charges, including fraud and money laundering, 29 charges laid by the Ministry of Consumer Services, and 13 violations of Hamilton bylaws.
