TORONTO - For the third time this week, gasoline prices in the greater Toronto area are down.

This morning's decrease was slightly more than two cents, bringing the drop to about 10 cents since Wednesday morning.

That trims the price of regular in the greater Toronto area to $1.26.

The decreases came as the price of oil dipped below US$130 for the first time in more than a month.

Oil closed at $129.29 a barrel -- down almost 16-dollars in the last three trading days.

GasBuddy-dot-com says gasoline prices in some competitive Canadian markets are down.

However, it adds in some less competitive markets, motorists will have to wait up to seven days for prices to drop.

GasBuddy-dot-com says some stations are stuck with fuel they acquired at a higher prices.

It says those stations usually wait until their tanks are empty before buying less expensive fuel, then lower the pump price.
